By using the Almank Tech Comm website (almank.info) or our work-order management platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or platform.
Almank Tech Comm provides networking, satellite/TV, security, access control, alarm, and related technology installation and support services in Fiji and Australia. Specific work is agreed on a per-job basis, including scope, pricing, and timing.
Access to our internal work-order platform (login area) is restricted to authorized staff, technicians, and approved partners. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
Charges for completed work are set out on the receipt/invoice issued at job closure. Where a job is billed to a third party (for example, under a partner FOC arrangement), the receipt will indicate this. Payment terms are as stated on the invoice.
Where a warranty period applies to completed work, it is stated on the relevant receipt. The warranty covers defects in our installation work and does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, or events outside our control.
You agree not to misuse the website or platform — including attempting to access accounts or data that aren't yours, interfering with normal operation, or using the service for unlawful purposes.
To the extent permitted by law, Almank Tech Comm is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services, website, or platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date below reflects the last update. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
